Roberto Mazzotti
Born in Rimini in 1951, he started his career at Credito Cooperatvo in 1975 at the Cassa Rurale ed Artigiane Bellaria Igea Marina (province of Rimini) becoming General Manager in 1990. In 1995, due to a merger he becomes General Manager for Banca di Credito Cooperativo Romangna Est (FC), and in 2004 he becomes Department manager of the Market Area in Iccrea Holding. In September 2006, he was elected Iccrea Holding Deputy General Manager and in May 2008 he became General Manager.) He is Counsellor for ABI (Italian Banking Association).

Carlo Napoleoni
Born in Rome, 13/08/1967, two children, with a first class degree in Economics at the University “La Sapienza” (Rome). After his first work experiences he was hired in 1994 in KPMG, where he grew professionally and became manager, working with important national and international customers. In 2003 he started working at Iccrea Holding, first in the Administrative and Finance department and then in Planning and Control. In 2006, he became responsible for the Planning and Budget department. In July 2008, he became Deputy General Director of Iccrea Holding. He is an Auditor and is enrolled in the Accountant Register. He has been in the Aureo Gestioni and BCC Private Equity Board, and currently sits in the Board of BCC Vita and Beni Stabili Gestioni, and is Auditor at BCC Sviluppo Territorio F. V.G.

Leonardo Rubattu 

From March 16th, 2011 he is the General Manager of Iccrea Banca S.p.A.
Born in Cagliari, 14/3/1969, with a degree in Business Economy at the University La Bocconi in Milan
and post-graduate degree at the School Of Financial Analysts in Paris.
Throughout his career he worked abroad, especially in Paris and London, and has covered management positions in, amongst others, Societe Generale and Morgan Stanley,
acquiring specific skills in strategies, business models, evaluation, strategic marketing and financial communication of the main Italian
and European banking groups.
He joined Iccrea Holding in September 2008 as Deputy General Manager, in the Market department, a strategic business unit focused on
the development of products and services for BCC-CR and their clients.

Giovanni Gelsomino

Giovanni Gelsomino was born in Rome, 25/2/ 55 and graduated in Law at the University La Sapienza (Rome) and became a lawyer in 1985. He cooperated at the Faculty of Civil Procedural Law with Prof. E. Fazzalari and after in the legal department of Federmeccanica. In 1981, he started working at GEPI, a Company for the Management and Industrial Participation, where he will stay until 1992 as Manager for Service Contracts and Legal Assistance. He worked at SIMEST SpA in 1992 as Central General Manager of the Legal Department, Staff and Corporate bodies Department, promoting international projects of Italian companies from 1992 to 2002. He started working at GBI in 2002 as Central General Manager for Iccrea Holding SpA and in 2006 he started working at Iccrea Banca SpA and is currently Delegated Deputy General Manager. He held various administrative roles in a number of GBI businesses: BCC Private Equity SGRSpA, as Chairman in 2006, BCC Capital SpA, BCC Gestione Crediti SpA, Iccrea Banca SpA, Banca Agrileasing SpA and BCC Solutions SpA.

Fabio D’Orefice
Born in Rome July 10, 1961, he graduated in Organization and Labour Sociology. He has acquired his most meaningful professional experience in Assoleasing Spa and LeasingRoma Spa, Bank of Roma Group, where he was Responsible of the Rome Branch Office and Market Area. In the same period he also worked as professor at the Group’s Training Centre on leasing credit. He also worked at SIGREC SpA, Capitalia Group, gaining knowledge in anomalous credit first as Territorial Chief officer and then as Market Area Director. He joined Credito Cooperativo in March 2003, as Chief Operation Officer in the newly created BCC Gestione Crediti. After having helped to set up all start up activities, such as development and promotion, since 2007 he holds the position of General Manager.

Filippo Piperno

Filippo Piperno was born in Rome on April 8, 1969. He graduated in Philosophy, and has Master’s degree in journalism and Business Communication at Luiss Guido Carli, in Rome, and is a professional journalist. He became an Internet specialist and started his own consultancy company on Web strategies and hypertext content for Businesses. He cooperates in other information sites and newspapers for the Publishing Company L’Espresso. In 1997, he started working for Federcasse as editor of the Credito Cooperativo journal and in 2000 he became chief-editor. He is also in charge of various internet and intranet projects and joined as representative of Federcasse the Newco workgroup for Credito Cooperativo System web projects. On May 2003, he became General Manager of the newly established BCC Web, now BCC Multimedia after the merger in 2007 with BCC Servizi Innovativi, Filippo has two children, Chiara and Tommaso, and is happily married with his friend Francesca Stella.

Enrico Duranti

Enrico Duranti was born in Rome in 1962, graduated in Economics at the University la Sapienza (Rome), he has a master’s degree in Business Administration at Manchester Business School and is a certified accountant and auditor. After an early experience at San Paolo and McKinsey in 1988 he is in charge of the Bank of America Int. Ltd. Corporate Finance Department for Southern Europe and from 1990 to 2001 Manager of Sofipa Corporate Finance Department. For twenty years he has worked as business consultant in extraordinary finance with important work experience in Italy and abroad.

In 2001, he joins Iccrea Banking Group as CEO of BCC Capital, merged in 2005 in Banca Agrileasing. In 2003, he is involved in the creation of BCC Private Equity as CEO and member of the Investment Committee. In 2005, Duranti becomes Manager of Banca Agrileasing  - from october,10 2011 Iccrea BancaImpresa - Extraordinary Finance and on June 24, 2009 he is elected General Manager.

Federico Venditti
Born in Rome in 1965, he graduated in Economics at the University la Sapienza (Rome). After having been certified as accountant he worked as auditor at Deloitte & Touche. In 1994, he joins Sofida Spa (then MCC Sofida Sgr Spa) as Investment Manger until 2005. From 2005 to 2008 he is responsible of one of four Management Teams of Sofida Sgrpa. Since 2008 he has been BCC Private Equity Sgrpa General Manager.

Vincenzo Palli, from Faenza, 52 years old, after a short experience in the industry sector, has grown up over 20 years in the cooperative banks coming to fill the role of finance manager. In 2006 he became a Director Area Market Iccrea Holding and then take the role, still in the Holding, of coordinator of the  segment, coming on the boards of all companies in the segment: Aureo Gestioni, Bcc Vita, Bcc Assicurazioni and Bcc Credito Consumo.
At the same time he has always been an active member in financial market associations, with presence in the councils of Assobat, then Assiom and now in the board of Assiom-Forex.

From 1988 to 1996 he worked at the Italian General Agency of the French Insurance Company Cardif Sociètè Viè, as head of the Insurance Services and New Product Development Department. In January 1993 he was appointed General Secretary of the Italian General Agency (life and damages). In 1996, he became Director of Assimoco Vita SpA. In 2000, he is elected Life Manager in all Italian Companies of Axa Insurance Group, where he coordinates all the life insurance activities in Italy. Among the other positions: Board Member of AXA Sim SpA, permanent member of International Life Comiteè, the committee that established AXA Group strategies in the life insurance sector worldwide. From January 2002 he holds the position of General Manager in BCC Vita, Life Insurance Company of the Movement of Cooperative Credit.
